Can you describe what legal services are provided?

VisaHolderUSA LLC does not provide legal services. However, if you paid for the Attorney Review option, we will refer you to a trusted attorney who will, independently, review your packet, give you a consultation, and answer any questions you may have.

I want an attorney to review my final product, whom do I contact?

Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page so we can refer you to an attorney who can review your application and evidence list.

If I pay an attorney to review my naturalization packet, how much time will I get to spend with the attorney?

The time varies per attorney, but an attorney will generally spend one-hour with you.

How much does this legal review cost me?

The additional, non-refundable fee, is $200.00. It is payable during your initial purchase or if you reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

Do I have to hire these legal services?

No. VisaHolderUSA LLC was designed to meet all of your needs when filing your naturalization application. Nonetheless, there are certain people who would feel even more at ease if they can talk to an attorney who can review their work. This additional service is for those people.

How will I communicate with the attorney?

After you make the payment for the Attorney Review, please contact us to refer you to one of our trusted immigration attorneys.

What Happens During My Interview? These questions are only for educational purposes.

How long should I expect my naturalization interview to last?

Generally, 25 to 35 minutes.

Can a family member sit besides me at my naturalization interview?

It is not recommended, but it is up to your USCIS interviewer. 

Will my naturalization interview be in English?

Your naturalization interview may be in your native language if you meet one of the three exemptions, which depend on your age and how many years you have been a Legal Permanent Resident. Otherwise, your interview will be administered in English.

How many United States civics questions do I need to study?

There are a total of 100 civic questions that you need to study.

I heard some people only need to study 20 civic questions, who qualifies for this type of exam?

If you are 65 years old and have been a Legal Permanent Resident for at least 20 years at the time you file your Form-N400, then you only need to study 20 civic questions.

How many United States civics questions do I need to answer correctly?

You must answer 6 of 10 questions correctly.

I did not pass my civics exam, what happens next?

USCIS will send you another letter stating the date and time of your second interview. 

What is a Request for Further Evidence?

A Request for Further Evidence or RFE is a letter produced by USCIS where it details a list of evidence that you need to provide to USCIS.

When would I receive my oath ceremony letter in the mail?

Generally, within 3 to 5 weeks of your interview.
